The Glass Cliff

KolFoxy Certified banger, with memorable and sharp lyrics. If my calculations are correct, people will refer to it as a classic in the future. Really looking forward to see what the band will do in a future. Favorite track: Fades to Greed.

warmdonkey Holy shit! Dirt Woman kills it on this masterpiece of an album, I cannot listen to it enough! From Zoe Koch’s haunting vocal performance, to the incredible Avery Mallon, banging and booming behind the monsterous sounding drumkit, to the hellish, searing tones of Gabe Soloman’s and Koch’s guitars, and the thunderous bellows of Kearney Mallon’s bass. This is a masterpiece of a Doom/Stoner album and should be heard by those all across the world. Not to mention my favorite album of 2020 so far! Favorite track: Fades to Greed.

PaperError Just jumping in here to say this is one of the best releases of '20,'21 and now '22. Heavy spins since the drop date and it just doesn't get old. No band I want to see more live than this group right now. Hope it happens.

𝔩𝔬𝔲𝔡-𝔮𝔲𝔦𝔢𝔱-𝔩𝔬𝔲𝔡 𝓝o season beyond the summer of 70 is forsaken by the spirit of doom; divided and sent forth in the halcyon hearts of its earthly agents. Enter: Dirt Woman. 'The Glass Cliff' steadily lays block after block and chord after chord of gloriously low-strung metal mechanics, until a clearing in the workdust reveals a freshly constructed pyramid of riffage. And what more appropriate vantage for Zoe Koch to address the most steadfast of sonic zealots than from the highest step of the heaviest monolith. Favorite track: Lady of the Dunes.
